Can I add their sidekicks, the "no real hurry to accelerate for the green turn arrow" folks? Test drive of my repair work around noon today (stupid idea, but that's the time I had...). When me and the guy behind me entered the intersection on a green left arrow, there were only two cars ahead of us. Lead car was so slow to accelerate it was red before even I could get out of the intersection, let alone the poor driver behind me.

No, I have seen the worst. I was behind a student driver that came to a complete stop to allow someone to get in front of them on an on ramp. When traffic was moving at 60. I almost rear ended them and it would have been a chain accident if I hadn't started slowing down the instant I saw them look over their left shoulder three times.

There is a half mile long or more on ramp that I take to work outside my neighborhood every morning and it is hell when I get behind someone. The amount of people who don't even make it to 50 in that amount of time is absurd. I have absolutely no idea how you could accelerate so damn slow.

Yea, they just started putting alternating green lights on ramps near me. I take them merely as a suggestion .
